While most quotes are accurate, final pricing is determined after a full yard inspection during the first visit. Any price adjustments will be communicated before services begin.

Payment Policy

Payment must be done immediately after the service is completed or you can chose a monthly service.

Recurring service payments are due on the 1st of each month before service begins.            

Monthly fees are based on a 52-week calendar, averaged over 12 months. No additional charge applies for months with 5 service weeks.

When linking a debit or credit card for the first time, a $1.50 test transaction may occur. This is not an actual charge.

Winter Policy

Our services operate year-round, weather permitting. We work in rain, snow, and other challenging conditions as long as it’s safe.

If unsafe conditions prevent service for one week, a double cleanup will be performed the following week. The monthly charge remains unchanged.

No Access Policy

If our technicians cannot access your yard due to a locked gate, you’ll still be charged for the missed visit, and a double cleanup will be scheduled the following week.

Our team will knock, call, and notify you via the client portal before marking the yard as inaccessible.

Dangerous Pet Policy

We love dogs! Our technicians are happy to work in your yard with your pets.

However, if your dog shows signs of aggression that prevent cleaning, we will make every effort to contact you by knocking, calling, or leaving a note in your portal. If the yard remains inaccessible, you’ll still be charged, and a double cleanup will be scheduled for the following week.

Cancellation Policy

No contracts are required, and you can cancel anytime with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations can be made through the client portal or by phone.

Paused services are subject to initial or seasonal cleanup fees when resuming.

If cancellation occurs mid-month, you’ll be refunded for unused services. Refunds are processed to the payment method on file through the client portal at Client Dashboard
